Thank you for ordering from Beverly Hills Hosiery! We want you to love your merchandise, but we understand that ordering intimates online can be challenging. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase we will help you return all QUALIFYING merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise eligible for return must be in their original packaging, unworn and with tags and sanitary protection intact. Please view items that are excluded from returns (due to health and safety regulations) below.
In the unexpected case that order-mischief has occurred and an item is missing, damaged or incorrect please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
Costumes may only be exchanged within the first week of delivery for store credit. Costumes can not be refunded.
The following items do not qualify for returns or exchanges:
- Merchandise that has been worn or subjected to destructive conditions
- Items that are not in their original condition or packaging (laundered, deodorant, smelling of smoke, body odor, perfumes, pets or anything else we can imagine that would make it unfit to resell)
- Unsealed items that were originally sealed (panties, hosiery, body stockings, pasties, etc)
- Items with tags removed
- Items that have lotion or body glitter on them
- Items that are solid or stained
- Sale and Clearance items
- Original shoebox must be intact and cannot be used as the shipping box
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Please note all shoes will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to determine if an item has been worn or is not eligible for a return or exchange. The above items are not eligible for returns and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Return to Sender Packages: Packages that are returned by the carrier due to refusal or undeliverablity will be subject to a return shipping fee in addition to the restocking fee. Please keep in mind that return shipping fees vary depending on your location and the weight of the package.
